Cookie Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

In short

The Stillery Private Label Portal uses only strictly necessary cookies and browser storage: one cookie that keeps you logged in, and local storage for your display preferences. We use no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking, and we load no third-party scripts or fonts. Because everything we store is necessary for the service you request, the law does not require a consent banner — which is why you do not see one.

Local storage never leaves your browser and is not sent to us. Team-only tools may store additional working data (for example barcode allocations) in the same way.

What we do not do

  • No analytics or statistics cookies (no Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics or similar).
  • No advertising, marketing or social-media cookies or pixels.
  • No third-party scripts; fonts are served from our own portal, not from Google.
  • No profiling of how you use the portal.

Separately from cookies, the portal keeps a server-side record of the agreements you conclude and the documents you accept (including date, time, IP address and browser identification) as evidence of those agreements. That is not a cookie; it is described in our Privacy Statement (articles 3, 4 and 6).

Legal basis

Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act (art. 11.7a, implementing the EU ePrivacy Directive) consent is only required for cookies and storage that are not strictly necessary for a service you explicitly requested. The authentication cookie and your display preferences are strictly necessary for the portal to work, so no consent is asked. Should we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Your choices

  • You can delete cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings; you will then need to log in again and your display preferences reset.
  • Logging out removes the authentication cookie immediately.
  • Blocking the authentication cookie makes it impossible to use the portal.
